Important Excelsior update for Fall 2018 Application

HESC’s Excelsior webpage indicates the Excelsior Scholarship application for the fall 2018 semester for new applicants opens Monday, March 26, at 9 a.m. and will be open until July 23 at 11:59 p.m.   The application is only for new applicants. Students currently receiving the scholarship do not need to re-apply. Students should go to for more information.
