HESC’s Excelsior webpage indicates the Excelsior Scholarship application for the fall 2018 semester for new applicants opens Monday, March 26, at 9 a.m. and will be open until July 23 at 11:59 p.m. https://www.hesc.ny.gov/pay-for-college/financial-aid/types-of-financial-aid/nys-grants-scholarships-awards/the-excelsior-scholarship.html The application is only for new applicants.
